Damn Swede

I have been really sick for the past few days and only within the last few hours have started feeling better. I rarely get fevers and sustained a fever of 102.2 for 24 hours. It decreased but didn’t return to normal for another day and a half. All this to say, I haven’t been to work since Tuesday. Daytime TV SOUNDS like fun, but really isn’t. Anyway, I am determined to go back to work tomorrow, but got a call from my boss to assure me that I don’t have to come in. I appreciate their concern for my well-being, but I think I am going to go crazy if I have to stay in this house for much longer.
