This is a little awkward.
See, I’ve heard of you and we know the some of the same people, but haven’t actually met in person. Somehow you stumbled across my blog and made some incorrect assumptions about the subject matter of some of my posts. To be honest, it is an easy mistake and I completely understand the confusion. At the same time, you should know that I left that agency in August 2005 so any post after that time is not about my experiences there. The only reason I am clarifying this is because I care deeply about the people we know in common and I don’t want them to think anything less than just that.
Thank you, though, for helping me realize I am not as anonymous as I think I am.
